Our team is passionate about training. There is no greater joy for us than seeing our clients reach their goals. Often when we meet clients they express that they feel low in energy and lacking motivation. This reflects in their self concept and permeates all aspects of their lives.

From our very first meeting we clarify your goals. We then establish a structured, sustainable plan for you. Your personally tailored plan takes into consideration the amount of time you are willing to dedicate to training; types of exercise you enjoy; and nutritional likes and dislikes.

Of paramount importance is that you enjoy your experience. As you know, it’s impossible to sustain something you do not enjoy. Maybe for one to three months, but not for extended periods. And we aim to create enduring positive change in your life, not just fleeting change.

Our team is highly qualified and experienced. We have the philosophy that to help you be your best, we need to be our best. And that means developing our skills and knowledge in all areas of our craft. We continually develop ourselves in the areas of technical training, nutrition, sport physiology and bio-mechanics. This allows us to utilise the most effective strategies to assist you get the most from your training.

We understand that your lifestyle and needs are unique. Your personal goals, and when and how you want to train, are unique. That’s why we offer a variety of training options, and tailor your program to attain maximum results.

Personal Training

Personal training is where you work one-on-one with your trainer. Sessions go for approximately 30-minutes or approximately 45-minutes. You decide when you can train and what results you want to achieve, and we design a program that optimises results.

Group Training

Group training is an excellent way to stay motivated, supplement personal training, and meet other people in a fun and friendly environment. We run several group training sessions a week in Brisbane. Ask for more details and click for your gift / free session.

Weight Loss And Gain

Weight loss is not about intense, painful training. It’s about lifestyle modification and creating new habits. We will carefully tailor a program that suits your lifestyle so you’ll achieve optimal weight loss. Your program will be progressive and sustainable. And all exercise will fit in with your other obligations, and won’t be painful… we promise.

Strength and Conditioning

Our team has several highly qualified strength and conditioning specialists. Strength and conditioning is not about lifting heavy weights and consuming protein powder! With modern advances in exercise physiology and nutrition, strength and conditioning has become a science. If you want to achieve specific outcomes like optimising your sporting goals or increasing your strength, our specialist team will create the ultimate program for you for maximum training efficacy.
